When you decide on a particular wedding cake featured in this
webshop, please telephone us, or use our "contact us" page to
make your enquiry. In many cases, we can include bespoke
features and you can indicate these when you submit your
preliminary enquiry.
Because designing your wedding cake is likely to involve
considerable discussion and to ensure that it meets all your
requirements, Karens Cakes wiil not proceed with the order
until we have talked through the project with you. When we
receive your enquiry, we will contact you to discuss the
final design of the cake, and to quote you a price for this.
When you authorise us to proceed with the project, we
will require payment to be made, and our payment options
will be discussed with you at that point.
Your wedding is one of the most important days of your life
and we want your cake to be nothing less than perfect.
Celebration Cakes
The cakes offered for sale in the webshop will be decorated as
described. However you will be able to add a personalised
inscription by completing the inscription request box. If you do
have any special requirements please add these to the box
provided and we will confirm your request by e-mail (e.g. No. 40
required for number cake.)
We require full payment via a debit or credit card when your
order is placed.
If you find a cake in our picture gallery that is not featured
in the webshop, please telephone us. The number is at the top of
the page in the banner heading.
Points to bear in mind

Shop Hours are: Tue - Fri 09H30 to 15H00 and Sat 09H00 to 17H00. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Our cakes are all hand-made by highly skilled and experienced
confectioners, who require plenty of time to design and craft
the components that go into making the perfect cake. Many cakes
have (quite literally) thousands of individually made pieces, so
the more time we have available, the more likely we are able to
make the cake exactly as you want it.
It's important that you make your decision on style and design -
and stick to it! If we are asked to make changes after the
project has started, there could be additional costs involved.
With ALL orders, we will need to know the DATE at which you
require the cake.
As many of our recipes include nuts, we cannot offer (or
guarantee) that any cake will be totally free of nuts.
